To become a member of the UEC you need to:

1. read our rules
2. fill out an application form
3. show a valid ID (student ID, passport or driver license)
4. bring 2 passport-sized pictures
5. pay 25 hryvnya for registration (15 if you are a student)

You can start using the library and resource center right after the registration. Your library card will be ready the next day.

You can read our rules and fill out the аpplication form online, print it out and bring it with you when you come to register.
