A Letter From Kyiv

Thank You, Library Donors

In our last issue we wrote that we were able to create more space in the library by adding several shelving units thanks to our generous donors. In this newsletter we are happy to inform our readers that with the help of our library donors this new free shelving space is now being actively filled up.

When the UEC staff returned to work late this August, there was a surprise waiting for us. Nine heavy M-Bags filled with books were stored at the local post-office waiting for pick-up.

Who Are They,
Those Iranians?

It is estimated that approximately 2,000 Iranians come to study in Kyiv every year. So in one given year, the total number of Iranian students reaches 13,000. This is a wide field for ministry and outreach. Starting this fall we hope to be able to do just that. Many believing Iranians have already started using the UEC as a meeting place for a Bible study.
